Requesting a Brainpeek test involves several steps, from requesting a test, to the delivery of the final results. See below an overview of these steps below with corresponding timings.

1. Request a test

The first step to conduct a Brainpeek test is for you is to request a test in your Brainpeek account. Once you've finalized the request and the status of the test is set to 'requested', you can proceed to the next step.

2. Kick-off

Once a test has been requested in your Brainpeek account, we strive for the relevant consultant to contact you the same or the next day to schedule a kick-off call. In this call, the research design will be finalized, and the data for the execution of the research and the delivery of the results will be determined. Also, if you are a new client, a onboarding session will be planned. In this session, you will learn about the Brainpeek methodology and its purposes.

3. In progress

For a test with a standard target group, the test can be conducted within 10 working days from the kick-off call. If a specific target group should be recruited, it could take a bit longer to recruit, depending on the recruitment criteria. However, this will normally take no longer than 10 working days.

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver a professional test within 2 weeks after the execution of the test. An essential test is normally delivered within a week after execution. We deliver the test results in our interactive platform, so you have access to all the results including the participant videos. If you conducted a professional test, the Brainpeek consultant will present the results through a video call or face to face at your office.
